33 How to use star points:
Star Reward is committed to protecting users' privacy. Users are not required to provide any Personally Identifiable Information in order to use this site.
However, visitors wishing to take advantage of our special offers may be asked to provide their email address and as much of the following information as they are willing to provide: name, phone number, and personal interests. Contest winners will be required to provide the information necessary to deliver their rewards to them.

Star Points members will be required to provide their full names and mailing address, email for Star Reward to provide them with their star points.
StarReward.com browser automatically collect certain information in order to function properly and to help us better understand how our products work on various devices and browsers. Information collected may include devices used, IP addresses, operating system, browsers, error logs, and other similar information. This allows us to improve your experience.
On retailer websites, in order to award Points and show coupons, we track browsing, transaction activity, and collect information on coupons used. You can opt out of sharing your shopping experience anytime on the settings page of the Star Reward browser.
Mobile Apps
Our mobile apps may share PII such as hashed information and device identifiers to third party service providers to facilitate your purchases, rewards, and special targeted offers.
Feedback form
We have an optional feedback/contact us form available that requires responders to provide their name and email address. People who do not want to provide their name and email address should avoid the feedback form.
Customer Testimonials
We post customer testimonials on our website which may contain Personally Identifiable Information such as the customer name. Reviews are solicited via a Third Party website from an unbiased sampling of our customers. When a review or testimonial is submitted to Star Reward directly, we obtain automatically customer's consent prior to posting their name and testimonial. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, please contact us.
Business Promotion and Payments
When our members have a business and want Star Reward to promote their business on our Star Reward Platform website, business owners must sign a payment agreement form and submit it to Star Reward for approval. Upon receiving payment from business owners, Star Reward will credit star points directly to the business owner's customers.
"When business owners' customers upload their receipts to Star Reward, the business owners must pay the amount agreed upon in the Business Payment Agreement Form. Failure to make the required payments will result in the business owner being banned from the Star Reward platform and may lead to negative reviews from their customers. Star Reward will notify customers if a payment has not been received, and consequently, Star Reward will not issue star points for the receipt uploads."

Uses of Star Points.
"Members cannot use more than 1,000 star points earned from referrals without submitting a receipt from one of the businesses active on the Star Reward website."
Star Reward will collect payments from business owners every two week, Star Reward will submit a billing statement along with copy of receipt that was submitted by their customers via email, text or phone call .
Chat
We use a chat feature to assist you with any questions you may have while using the site. If our chat feature is offline, we might collect your name and email address so that we may reply to your request.
Refer a friend-Third Party Personally Identifiable Information
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend an email inviting him or her to visit the site. Star Reward LLC. stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this email. We may send more than one email. Your friend may contact us to request that we remove this information from our database. Also referees may see the referrer's e-mail address, and referrers will know whether referees' account balances have reached the payout threshold. Further, referrers may also be shown a partial copy of the referee's email address.

Star Reward does not offer any warranties for the products, promotions, coupon codes, and special offers being provided by participating retailers and advertisers. We do not control these retailers, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for any aspects of their websites or businesses.
Retailers can at any time alter or cancel any and all coupons/promotions. Our service involves publishing links to online retailers as well as printable coupons redeemable at brick and mortar establishments. The primary purpose of Star Reward is to help members save money on all their purchases from our website, coupons, hand-picked deals, money-saving tools and more.
Advertiser Disclosure
Star Reward partners with thousands of retail stores to offer you the latest money-saving opportunities that you will received in star points. When you follow a link on Star Reward to visit a store, Star Reward may earn a commission on purchases made during that store visit. We then share the majority of our earned commission with you, our members, as star points.
Contests
Listed below are the rules that apply to any and all contests promoted by Star Reward:
Winners are selected at random
Submitting receipts are necessary to enter or win Star Reward contests
Contests are open only to United States residents who are 18 years of age or older
Requests for substitutions of prizes will not be honored
All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees, shipping fees, and all such additional costs that may be incurred
Star Reward will not be held responsible for defective products delivered to contest winners
Winners of contests will have 10 days from the date of their email notification to claim their prize. After 10 days the prize is considered forfeited
In the case of a prize being no longer available Star Reward reserves the right to substitute the prize for a different prize of equal value

Star Reward Add-On
The Star Reward Add-On keeps members up to date on star points and coupon alerts. When the Add-On is installed users will remain logged in to Star Reward allowing for eligible star points purchases to be automatically recorded. This will eliminate the step of having to log into Star Reward before shopping.
Star Point
Program Description:
Star Reward Star Point program allows Star Reward members to receive Star Point on all of their purchases made through Star Reward. Qualified retailers will be identified on the website along with the percentage Star Point amount members will receive. Getting started is simple, just set up a Star Reward account, and start shopping at the retailer list on our site. Utilizing a Star Reward account allows members to view Star Point earned from their Star Reward qualified purchases.
Star Reward is not responsible or liable for Program changes or removal of an Affiliated Store, an Affiliated Stores decision to withdraw from the Program and the impact this has on an accrued Star Point balance. Star Reward is not responsible or liable for Program changes or removal of coupon codes and/or discounts and the impact this has on an accrued Star Point balance.
The Star Reward Program and Applications are provided to members "as is" and with no warranty. Star Reward may terminate the Program and Applications at any time with or without notice or reason. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Reward disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, in regards to the Program and Applications.
The Star Reward Program and Applications are provided with no guarantee regarding the quality or accuracy of advertisements for products provided by Affiliated Stores. Star Reward does not guarantee that while using Star Reward and its Program and Applications the site will be free of errors or interruptions. Also, Star Reward assumes no liability or responsibility for any damages due to site errors, interruptions or inability to access Star Reward Programs and Applications.

Payout Terms:
Star Reward is responsible for maintaining and tracking member's Star Point and Bonuses. Star Point earnings are calculated as the net sale amount (total sale adjusted for taxes, shipping and other fees) multiplied by the retailer's Star Point percentage amount noted on Star Reward.
To use star points:
A member's my reward account balance must reach a minimum 2500 points for a $25 discount purchase from our store site.
Once receipt are uploaded to Star Reward, member will received star point credited in their member area under my reward tab within 24 hours.
General Terms:
Members are responsible to keep their Star Reward account information current.
Depending on the tax laws in your city, state or country, members may be taxed on referral bonuses and prizes earned through Star Reward. In all instances, members are solely responsible for any tax liability from your usage of Star Reward.
Star Reward is not responsible for changes made by retailer stores participating in the Star Point program

Star Reward reserves the right to withhold payment of Star Point rewards for suspected fraud, abuse of retailers or Star Reward website, use of email spam to promote referrals, or for creating multiple user profiles. If you feel your Star Point rewards are being withheld in error, please contact us. Any fraud or abuse relating to earning or receipt of Star Point rewards, or any misrepresentation of information furnished to Star Reward or its retailers partners by you or anyone acting on your behalf may result in the termination of your Star Reward account and forfeiture of Star Point rewards.
The determination of whether or not a purchase qualifies for Star Point is at the sole discretion of Star Reward. If a retailer fails to payout a transaction to Star Reward or withholds payment to Star Reward, Star Reward reserves the right to cancel the Star Point associated with that transaction.
Star Reward members are not permitted to use any paid promotional method for soliciting Star Point sales through their Star Reward account or to earn referral bonuses. This includes, but is not limited to, ppc ads through networks such as Google AdWords or Bing AdCenter, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, email marketing, banner advertising, content/display ads, and retargeting.
Any member in violation of this policy will have their account banned and will forfeit all Star Point and referral bonus earnings.
Termination:
Termination of any account without a notice can be made at Star Reward's discretion.
Star Reward membership is free and there is no charge for Membership or for earning Star Point. However, if your account is inactive for more than 365 days, it can be terminated automatically.
You can reactivate your member account by starting a shopping session via Star Reward or via Star Reward's website. Once your account is reactivated,
If a member believes that Star Point has not been accurately reported to his/her account, it is the responsibility of the member to submit a Star Point inquiry via the Star Reward customer support ticket form. Star Point inquiries must be submitted no earlier than 24 hour and no later than 7 days after the transaction date receipt was uploaded.
Members required to upload their receipts within 3 days from the date you shop. If upload later than 3 days, you will receive only half of Star Point and not the full amount.
Star Point Bonus
To earn extra Star Point Bonus a member must join Star Reward during a promotional period or via a link or web page on Star Reward where such bonus is being promoted and fulfill the terms of the Sign-Up Bonus as stated at the time. Each member is eligible up to 3 winning bonuses. To receive the winning bonus, member must complete the requirement posted.

Refer-a-Friend Bonus, Every new friend join, you both will earn 100 star points each. Members may earn multiple Refer-A-Friend Bonuses by referring multiple new members. If that friend join and then cancel before 90 ‘days grace period, the referral 100 points will be taken back.
If your new friend sign up during the promotional sign up, your friend will get that promotional bonus points and you will get 100 points.
More Bonuses
Restaurant Dining, Destination Vacation Travel, Product Give Away Bonus
To earn all these Bonuses, member must complete the promotional period and fulfill the terms as stated for eligibility.
Members may not abuse the bonus system by utilizing the use of bots, paid advertising, SPAM, fake personas, and/or other suspicious or fraudulent identity. If Star Reward deems the program is being used for any illegal or fraudulent activity it will result in legal consequences, termination of member's account, forfeiture of any bonuses and Star Point. Determination of bonus eligibility will be at the sole discretion of Star Reward.
